Attention (Frugal) Print Lovers: Printed Curtains Under $50 -- Cheap Thrills

I love printed curtains and I love holding onto my money so I am the perfect person to research frugal curtain finds. As I started, I found many draperies (with an 84" minimum) priced at $100 and under for a pair. Curtains are expensive, after all, so surely, $50 a panel/$100 a pair was a deal. Then I decided this was too easy a task -- I can do better than that and I love a challenge! So I cut my initial budget in half to $25 a panel/$50 a pair, and started my quest.
